State investigators have subpoenaed Michael Cohen as part of their criminal probe into his old boss President Trump’s nonprofit Trump Foundation.
The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance confirmed the subpoena Wednesday — less than 24 hours after Cohen admitted in court that he paid hush money to two women at Trump’s behest “for the purposes of influencing the election.”
The court summons comes after Cohen’s attorney said his client had information that state and federal investigators might find helpful.

Is there no accountability for these political persecutions? I must admit, I am amazed and horrified by what is going on. Who are these people that we’ve elected? Are they truly this corrupt? Can the conspiracy be so widespread? Is it even possible?

One day over the past year Lanny Davis walked into a secret meeting, put his arm around Cohen, and told him “you come along with us boy, and we’ll take good care of you.” NOW obviously he’s going along with them (Bill, Hillary, certain members of the establishment DNC, and their anonymous backers.)
Lanny Davis is Cohen’s lawyer so many times only referred to as Cohen’s lawyer, because they want to play down it’s Lanny Davis, because Lanny Davis means the Clinton’s in all shapes, and forms. Trying to keep us stupid.

It's not in the plea agreement, but that phrase appears multiple times in the Information (the charges to which Cohen actually pleaded guilty). The Information is the second document on this page (right below the plea agreement. The "influence the election" phrase is in paragraphs 28, 30, 35, 42 and 44.
Until that jackass of an AG we currently have is relieved of his duties, there will NEVER be a chance of a special council to investigate the CF and all her other crimes.

Collusion. Collusion between the state AG’s office and the Federal Deep State-ers conspiring to illegally undermine the legally elected POTUS.
The plea bargain means that Cohen is tainted. He most likely went along with making statements about Trump in order to get less time on the tax evasion crimes. Cohen’s words are legally meaningless.
For New York, we need a wall that moves...towards the east.
That’s what they used the word “allegations” about describing counts 7 and 8 in the second document.
A guilty plea is not an adjudication of a court even though the feral media and Davis are acting like it is.
