If he chose to pardon Manafort, I suspect Mr. Trump will have to wait until the end of that second trial. I’m told that Manafort has yet one more trial of ‘this & that’ to deal with now cobbled together by Mueller.

Trump not interested. Beside Mueller is the most powerful shadow president now. Trump won't move against him.

How is this whole trial not falling under the “poisoned tree” concept?

The Mueller investigation was started due to invalid reasons.
