China is doing this. It’s the government. A totalitarian, repressive, communist government. Our government is not allowed to do this, so it willingly, with full knowledge, allows social media to do it. Then, with full hypocrisy, the government will make full use of these ratings. I don’t know if it’s doing it now. I guarantee you it will do it.
