“A single thing” is an expression meaning “anything”.
Saying they can’t come to agreement on “a single count” could be saying they can’t come to agreement on anything at all.

First they asked for the definition of ‘reasonable doubt’, now this?

I’m just astonished the jury could not agree Manafort looked dashing in his $15,000 ostrich jacket (smirk).

When is CNN going to get punished for jury tampering?

That’s it. Go home. “Thank you for your efforts”.
The judge should declare a mistrial.
Let Mueller start over.

If they’re not sure of that meaning, they should take into consideration “BEYOND a reasonable doubt.”

At this point, I hope Manafort skates for what they’ve done to him. Also, it,ll be nice to see horse head Mueller kicked in his sack.

I’ve seen them drill down to the least understanding people. Lawyers get to take off some people and they like to take off people that know things. Doesn’t happen every time but sometimes. That way the lawyers figure they can convince them of anything.

If Manafort gets off, does Muell-head go after Podesta, then? He’s grasping badly at straws already.
