All action within the executive branch is the prerogative of the Chief Executive.
“There is no legal action possible to stop executive action within the executive branch.”
Sure there is. All they need is a friendly judge to make life miserable for Trump, at least until such a case has exhausted its final appeal.
That is only if judges follow the law. I expect Obama nominated judges to do exactly what the deep state wants, regardless of the law or the consequences.
And that is why I don't understand why Pres. Trump does not just ignore such un-Constitutional decisions by agenda-driven judges, such as revocation of Obama's DACA E.O.. Obama's DACA E.O. re-wrote Congressional immigration law. Trumps E.O. counters such and sends it back to the Legislative Branch. It is not a judicial matter.
Watch as some Federal Judge grants an injunction like they have on almost everything our President has tried to execute under his authority as Commander in Chief.
I think the President should have done an across the board order that once you leave, you lose your access. That way, it wouldn’t have specifically targeted Brennan.
