"There is no “legal action” possible to stop executive action within the executive branch. All action within the executive branch is the prerogative of the Chief Executive."

And that is why I don't understand why Pres. Trump does not just ignore such un-Constitutional decisions by agenda-driven judges, such as revocation of Obama's DACA E.O.. Obama's DACA E.O. re-wrote Congressional immigration law. Trumps E.O. counters such and sends it back to the Legislative Branch. It is not a judicial matter.

Obama's DACA E.O. re-wrote Congressional immigration law.

I don't want to boil your oatmeal for ya, but you're going to get mad when you find out what DACA is.

It's a freaking memo, NOT an executive order.

The News Misleadia, the courts and the politicians are all lying about it.

From a previous post by me:

DACA ISN'T an "executive order" - it's an effing "executive branch memorandum" - a memo.

And that there are RULES for executive branch memorandums.
