They will find a liberal, leftist Federal Judge to order Trump to re-instate their security clearances, and then this will go to the SC. I wish these knuckleads good luck - they are in a battle they cannot win.
The Supreme Court is going to be busy overturning all these lower courts that have overruled the President. This is why keeping congress is paramount for no other reason than to get Trump's judicial picks through.
