I'm no tech expert but we have Free Republic.

Couldn't someone start a Facebook and Twitter type websites that are friendly to Conservatives?

I've been asking that ever since evidence started popping up about how these sites are actively anti-conservative. Anyone who succeeds in creating a conservative alternative will become wealthy.

Free Republic is the 3,748th most popular website in America.

Why should conservative voices be banished to internet wastelands where we only have the choir to preach to while liberal voices are freely allowed to have their voices heard on Twitter (7th most popular website in America), Facebook (3rd most popular website in America), and Youtube (2nd most popular website in America)?

If these sites want the "Safe Harbor" protection that the DMCA offers them as platforms, they need to behave as platforms, and not as publishers. This means no censoring of speech.
