I don't know much about psychiatry; I hear good and bad things about it. That said, she should take her wheelbarrow full of money and find the best psychiatrist she can afford and really have a go at it.

She's 32 years old, with any luck she has another 50 or 60 years left. It would be a shame to squander the potential of all those years as a walking, talking repulsive cluster f*ck.

What she really needs is Jesus, but perhaps that is too much to hope for.
