Some people have no integrity and will do anything for publicity.
At this point she is just saying anything she thinks the left wants to hear to increase book sales (a pity for her Trump will end up with all the profits when his lawsuit succeeds). It wouldn’t surprise me if she started claiming Russian secret agents had a hidden room in Trump Tower where they hacked election computers and gave him enough votes to win.

The DOJ Office of the Inspector General released a report on them in May 2016. Wikileaks didn't release anything related to the Clinton campaign until September or October 2016.
