FBI Agent Accused Of Lying In Finicum Shooting Found Not Guilty

After less than a day of deliberation, a jury of nine men and three women found FBI special agent Joseph Astarita not guilty of lying about a high-profile police shooting during the 2016 Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation.
Astarita faced two counts of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice.
The charges stemmed from a critical moment during the occupation when spokesman Robert ‘LaVoy’ Finicum was shot and killed by Oregon State Police after he fled a traffic stop along a remote stretch of highway in eastern Oregon.

I couldn't find anything on this already posted here and was wondering what FReepers thought about this.
Is anyone asking "If Astaria didn't fire those two shots, then who did?"
Could there have been some other agents on site that were not part of the official entourage?

...
It was either Astarai or an Oregon state trooper near him. The jury had enough doubt about who it was not to convict. They were also impressed with Astarai’s testimony.
You can see this thread but there isn’t much specific about this trial, just the whole incident in general:

It sounds like the OSP has already claimed that their officers shot Finnicum, but no one is claiming to have taken these two shots as Finnicum exited the vehicle.

Finnicum was first SHOT IN HIS SIDE and he then reacted, which gave the APPEARANCE he was reaching for his firearm. OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK! Knowing what we know now about OBAMA'S FBI, I have NO DOUBT it was the FBI who murdered Finnicum in cold blood.
The cowardly SCUMBAG FBI AGENT who murdered Finncium KNOWS WHO HE IS.

Per a gentlemanly agreement, Finnicum was on his way to meet with the Sheriff... Why did the OSP/FBI ENTRAP FINNICUM with an ambush? WTF? This is where things went wrong! They had no business doing that!!!
I distinctly remember Finnicum being shot in his lower back on the side.. This would sting and cause a reaction, no?
