For anyone who watched Omarosa’s time on The Apprentice and on Celebrity Apprentice, this was entirely predictable. I never understood why the President chose her for this (or any other) position.
The fact that the campaign is suing indicates they have no fear of disclosure and there will be massive disclosure and deposition.

Problem with these contracts is they don’t specify damages but leave it to the jury.

Was the NDA with the Trump campaign or government? Pre or post election? My govt workplace uses NDAs and they are, IMO, filled with holes any good lawyer should be able to open wide.
On the other hand, there mere act of taking a cell phone into a SCIF should get you a reprimand and using it to take photographs should get you first fired and then jailed.
