Donald Trump's presidential campaign on Tuesday filed a legal action against former senior White House advisor Omarosa Manigault Newman, alleging she breached a nondisclosure agreement.
Trump's 2020 re-election campaign filed the arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, according to a Trump campaign official. She is accused of violating a 2016 confidentiality agreement she signed with that campaign, the official said.
Manigault Newman did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment on the Trump campaign's legal action.

Trump is in a tight spot. If someone tried to cut into his black support, there is no better way than to make it look like he is being mean to a black woman that worked for him.

Then we took one and put it on the table by the front door with some Hillary books.

The woman running the store assured the crowd/line that she was gonna come in through the front door.

I went down there alone, but Media Queen was there with a few other people across the street with signs of protest.
It was fun, especially because the newest Harry Potter book was out at the same time so it put a crimp in the “popularity” of Hillary's book of lies.
No it won’t damage him. Omarosa is a nobody. Trump goes after NFL and NBA stars and still has a 20-30% approval among black voters.

They may have some luck enforcing the NDA for revealing things that happened while they were paying her but I don’t think they’ll get far for things that happened when she was a public employee.
Escrow all her book proceeds until settlement.

For anyone who watched Omarosa’s time on The Apprentice and on Celebrity Apprentice, this was entirely predictable. I never understood why the President chose her for this (or any other) position.
She should be jailed for breeching security.

I'd bet ten dollars to a donut that she ends up shredded into small pieces as a grim reminder to future offenders.
