He didn’t specify the gender of the dog.
One thing is for sure, whatever his intent, Trump does not just fly off the handle & tweet. There is a reason Trump wants the Omarosa story out there.
Trump calling Omarosa a "dog" is likely synonymous to calling her a "bastard," meaning someone who betrayed him. (or the female equivalent, which might be even more inflammatory)
Yes, it's an unfortunate choice of words because it allows his enemies to impute any meaning they want onto the word "dog."
Trump would have been better served had he called her a bastard, instead.
