I hope this jury is smart enough to see through the BS, BUT if the jury is from DC I highly doubt it!!!!

sounded like an extremely false prosecution
but
judges DO have to be JUDICIAL to avoid exhibiting too much bias (even where evidence is clear one side is lying)
or else, they risk having their decisions overturned

I’m speaking only for myself but if I were Manafort and were paying the lawyers, I’d make sure they had a back-up plan instead of allowing the prosecution to botch it.
