Many business leaders are quitting, because the new Trump Administration is discovering criminal actions in businesses that were ignored for 20+ years.
Not only that, they banned their own documentary, “THE RED PILL” which then was picked up by Amazon, and has become a hit.

I spent 25 years in the military. I don’t melt at cuss words.
Neither do I admire them. Nor do they advance the plot. Get off your libertarian high-horse! You can pay Netflix to cuss your household endlessly if you wish. I DO NOT. If you are incapable of communicating without them, it may or may not be a moral failing. But it certainly is a failure of imagination and reason. I see no reason to pay for it.
As for westerns, I suspect I know more about the REAL old west than you do. I’m well aware “Cheyenne” was NOT about gritty realism! So what!
Here’s a hint: Most modern police work is incredibly boring. Most legal work is too. Most of my time in COMBAT was incredibly boring. I didn’t even find getting shot at particularly exciting! If a TV show or movie was a truly realistic view of life, it would make TERRIBLE entertainment! BORING!
My shelves are filled with histories, often first-hand biographies. I’ve lived in the west. I’ve hiked it. I’ve ridden horses. I’ve branded cattle. And castrated them. I’m no professional cowboy, but I know first hand that branding cattle isn’t fun. And when a friend asks for help castrating and branding some calves, it is a good idea to ask how much the calves weigh. When they are 600+ lbs, it goes from “not fun” to “brutal”.
If you like the stupidity and absent morals of Netflix streaming, and are thrilled they pay the Obamas big bucks to suck up to them, then YOU pay for their service!
I have no such obligation. I’m not “stuck in 1957”, but I also don’t feel the need to give money to the Obamas, promote liberalism and attack Christianity at every turn. If that chokes your chicken, go ahead. But if you like that stuff, why are you on FreeRepublic? If you enjoy making Barack Obama wealthier and promoting homosexuality and coarsening American culture, what are you doing here?
That is when I quit watching House of Cards also. I recently gave up on Netflix. Most of their additions now are their own content stuff. Frankly it is hit or miss with their stuff, mostly miss.
So I dropped Netflix and picked up Britbox. I like British TV and they have more quality stuff that I enjoy.
Have been binge watching “Inspector Morse” with the amazing John Thaw. Much more intelligent and no coarse language. I am even getting some appreciation for Opera since that is part of his character.

Very true. My grandmother cussed one time in her life. Her husband announced he was going to join the KKK. She used the word “damn”. Everyone there, including her husband, stopped and paid VERY close attention. She told him she would leave him and take the kids if he did.
My Mom said there was 30 seconds of total silence when she finished. Her husband decided he wasn’t going to join the KKK, although he remained a racist and lazy bum. It was the first and only time anyone heard her cuss. That one word, used one time in her life, conveyed how totally serious she was.
When people cuss 4-5 times a minute, it is meaningless. Just mindless profanity by an unthinking individual.
