Letting a jury decide is a cop out ( pardon the pun) of the SD or PD or SP or DA- either the evidence points one way or the other. If the evidence, at second and third look after the public leftist hue and cry leans towards a crime, then that needs to be broadcast loudly and widely by the defense- this is now a political prosecution, not a legal one. Unless there is new or previously unreleased evidence.
