which decision the “stand yer grnd” or manslaughter ?
I tend to think this was manslaughter. Maybe premeditated murder. The guy verbally, maybe physically assaults people over their parking, then, when pushed back, pulls a gun and kills someone. I don’t like it and think it wrong. Every time I’ve seen this come up in the news and read a few articles about it, the more I am happy he is charged with murder. I think he was just waiting for the opportunity to shoot someone and a misuse of stand-your-ground.
My position on this shooting was clear from the beginning. It's was a bad shoot. In fact, on the initial thread posted at this site, I mentioned early on the shooter seemed like he was looking for trouble. And it now appears he was and he got exactly that.
