Yes she can be prosecuted if anything she recorded inside the White House/ White House Situation Room was CLASSIFIED INFORMATION (most anything discussed or done in the WH Situation Room most assuredly IS CLASSIFIED)!
She can and should be investigated and charged with illegally possession and distribution of classified information under the National Security and Espionage Acts!
Omarosa can also be sued into the Stone Age by the Trump Group for violating the NDA Agreement she signed with them when she was hired on!
I’m really surprised that the FBI and/or Secret Service hasn’t paid Omarosa and her lawyers a visit, armed with a search warrant to take into possession any and all illicit White House/Presidential Transition period recordings she has in her possession to determine if they contain classified information (I’m sure some of them do)!
