The Secretary of state (at the state level) in all states and commonwealths should be mandated to set up two booths at each polling place:

Booth #1 — “Immigration Control”
Booth #2 — “Voter Fraud Detection”

The booths should be manned but don’t need to do much. But their presence might be helpful. At a minimum, they should track buses which arrive and unload a dozen or more people. Are those buses showing up at multiple locations?

We should slow down every upcoming election process to make sure it's accurate, ...just as Robert Mueller is doing with his Russia investigation, verrry slowly, because - "accuracy".

I would happily wait a month or so for the election results, as long as the delay meant rampant election fraud is being controlled, minimized.
