I’m not an expert and have made bad calls before (not horrendous, but bad :-) ).

A LOT of the outstanding votes to come in from Richland, Licking, and Delaware counties should tilt heavily to the good guys. I can’t see what areas of Franklin haven’t reported yet.

From what I gather, the heavy Democrat voter areas have already been counted, and the biggest GOP one hasn’t.

Populous pro Trump Deleware county just starting to come in. Perhaps that will give it to Balderson.

Unfortunately yes. But this is a real attrition thing. Even people that start out pretty strong conservatives start being ‘pulled to the center’ by the magnetic appeal of dollars and the scarcely less important appeal to their egos to be ‘respected’ by the ‘important people’. For every Louis Gomert who just despises the establishment and spits in their eye at every opportunity their are 2/3 Steve Scalises’s who desperately want to ‘grow’.
