I think it is beginning to look like the judge is going to dismiss the case.
That would be nice. I am being cautious and wouldn’t put it past the Deep State to script this trial. Ellis just wants to make sure that the verdict won’t be thrown out and is “appearing” to be tough on the Prosecutor.

I have thought of that too and I would love to see it. Talk about taking all the wind out of Mueller’s sails.....time will tell.
