Think this is the best thing to ever happen to her character and, consequently, the show. Wished it had happened before she ruined a couple of marriages, including her own. Too bad this is the last season as it might have become tolerable without her whining presence.
Your impression would be correct.
I liked Luther but it kind of went down hill in MHO.
Well, two times zero is...a whole lot less than she was making.
Wow shocking, given she was the show’s lead.
Ha! We must have different tastes or tolerance levels. I guess she never won you over even a little bit?
That was one show I could not get into. It gave me no reason to care about the characters.
Dominic West just seemed so full of himself. Given his background -- went to Eton, married into the aristocracy -- that's no surprise.
I like Maura Kierney. The characters in The Affair are not likable, except Cole seems to be having a redemption.
I liked Wilson from Luthor, she played a real whack, compelling. Without her this show will wilt. She earned the award and has acting chops, they should have paid her.
She seemed as contrived as that ham playing Hannibal Lector. The whole show was an exercise in frustration. It was about 80% on the way to being great, but the scenarios were ridiculous! No one at the crematorium notices the lump of melted steel and plastic among the ashes from the gun inside the dog? She just floats in and out of the hospital to kill of witnesses? Please.
when you tuned into a show called The Affair were you expecting Mary Tyler Moore?
and ER
I can’t argue with any of that. Lol
