The two big “apology” commercials I’ve seen have been Wells Fargo and Facebook. They are attempting to win users back by saying that things have changed and they’re not going to abuse us again.

Yep! I throw up a little in my mouth every time I see those commercials. Fuckerberg’s voice actually makes me cringe. It’s creepy and you can tell he’s lying through his teeth.
