But there is a countervailing power, that of a sitting President to communicate directly with The People. It has been called “the bully pulpit”. And it also is an awesome power.
President Trump has been using Twitter as his instant bully pulpit. He must do so because the “press” is using its power irresponsibly and has become the enemy of the country.
Ragged as it may be, it is wonderful seeing President Trump defending America by out-communicating the press!

I love how he hijacked the “Fake News” tag. Many people have forgotten that the MSM originally coined it to explain the witch’s loss. Trump owns it now and uses it to beat on the MSM. A beating they richly deserve.
I am still asking just what Manafort did in Ukraine that was worth $60 Million. Some say he was helping Russia with a pro Russian Ukrainian politician. Sorry. I ain’t Buying. You expect me to believe Putin needed Manafort’s help with a pro Russian Ukrainian politician? Now money laundering through Ukraine I can totally believe.
The media bias that favors a political faction (progressive democrat/republican) that wants to open our borders to colonization, dissolve our sovereignty, destroy the power of our vote, subject the people to economic and social slavery, and abrogate our constitutional rights using lies, sedition and outright thuggery thinks we should believe they are not the enemy. The MSM wants us to stop thinking, and stop talking.
The press has always been biased. We need competitive reporting which is the only way you can get the whole story.
Keep funding the LEFT, keep being lied to.
The only way we can ever get the truth is to stop funding the LEFT. If you have cable tv, you are funding the LEFT even if you do not watch them.

I think Mueller may be using the Manafort trial to squeeze him into giving testimony, dictated by Mueller, about the meeting between the Russian woman and Donald Trump Jr.

The reporter who coined the phrase even began everyone to stop using it. A WaPo reporter, I believe.

That may have been the original intent when they first filed charges. It is pretty clear now the Trump Tower meeting was a complete setup. There were also too many people in the room and it was reported to be a big nothing other than embarrassing.
