I stopped dining out with my family because the service sucks.
I can’t go to a restaurant with my kids and expect the food to arrive warm, or the server to be anywhere in sight after it has been. The only exception to this is the Olive Garden.

I can’t stand restaurants where you pay up front before getting your item and they have you slide your credit card through and give the tip up front.
Last time we did that and left a tip, we couldn’t find a clean table and ended up cleaning it ourselves. Also, the food took 20+ minutes to arrive and someone ordering a similar item minutes after us got her omelette first.
Not again with me.
