Same here. Always thank the people who make life easier but seldom get the credit. Nurses, wait staff, pilots (after a good landing in cross winds), mailman (or woman), etc.

As an example of the opposite, a certain extremely rich professional athlete who recently took a job in LA very early in his career left something like a $3 tip on a $3 k tab.
