you don’t need to introduce evidence into an investigation, that is what an investigation is for, finding evidence. If you want to introduce it into a court of law, it is done every day, and as I posted earlier there are ways to get classified info into evidence..but its kinda moot, as if there are indictments, President Trump could declassify it at that time.

It was about whether President Trump declassified the FISA info as Hostage first said or whether it came from DOJ to Congress and congress released it as he later said...which is it or neither? Hostage has not replied to my request for him to identify when and where this mysterious new very recent unredaction is...anyone else know? Please show me.
Evidence legally collected by the FBI and can easily be introduced into a court of law by DOJ that is one of their functions.
Now the tapes that Cohen secretly taped is a different matter...

Without probable cause, there can be no warrant. Without a warrant, there is no gathering of evidence.
Without a report of wrongdoing, there can be no investigation for probable cause.
With a report of wrongdoing, there SHOULD BE an investigation.
With a report of wrongdoing, if an investigation is not forthcoming, the only way to get evidence constituting probable cause to investigate is to get oneself arrested.
In the case of FBI, there is no investigation of Obama or Clinton and Russian wrongful collusion, even though there is evidence.
With the Trump campaign, there is no evidence of wrongful collusion, yet there is an investigation of wrongful Russian collusion.
Further, there is now emerging evidence of forcible contrived wrongful collusion foisted on the Trump campaign via rogue government operatives directing known Russian agent Maria Butina and others to ‘get a meeting’ with anyone in the Trump campaign. More on this in a separate thread.
