I can see it.
It seems that if you have the gif on your computer already it will show up for you but if not it doesn’t.

The form you have it posted in on in post 39 doesn’t show for me though because of the inclusion of the final quotation mark as part of the link.
If I remove that and copy/paste and go it will show
