The numbers: Companies in the private sector added 219,000 new employees to their payrolls in July, showing that firms are managing to fill a record number of job openings despite growing shortages of skilled labor.

The increase in hiring was the strongest since February. Economists polled by Econoday had forecast a 173,000 increase, with estimates ranging from 150,000 to 220,000.

I haven't used "juggernaut" in ages. Just struck me that is a great word. Etymology:

In the early 14th century, Franciscan missionary Friar Odoric brought to Europe the story of an enormous carriage that carried an image of the Hindu god Vishnu (whose title was Jagannath, literally, "lord of the world") through the streets of India in religious processions. Odoric reported that some worshippers deliberately allowed themselves to be crushed beneath the vehicle's wheels as a sacrifice to Vishnu. That story was probably an exaggeration or misinterpretation of actual events, but it spread throughout Europe anyway. The tale caught the imagination of English listeners, and by the 19th century, they were using juggernaut to refer to any massive vehicle (such as a steam locomotive) or to any other enormous entity with powerful crushing capabilities."

"powerful crushing capabilities" -- a perfect description of Obama crushing Freedom.

Did they forget to mention the name “Trump” in this report, or did I just overlook it?

Economist’s are so-called experts that look at reality after it occurs and then try to find a theory to fit that reality.

I’m one of those 219,000 (though I did it for a move, not because I was unemployed).

Just saying, before Trump, Obama created low unemployment by hiding people. So employment went up because people were counted as part-time for babysitting or selling eggs or their hair. Or he took them off the rolls of the unemployed by hiding them in the “not looking for work” category. But the reality is that millions of people were not working and willing to work, wanting to work.

Now Trump has given those people an opportunity. He did not give them a hand out. Obama solved their problem by hiding them. Trump solved their problem by giving them a job.
