Good morning sweet friend to my north... I considered your advice to wait a week but then thought the thread would be too large and problematic to some. I was really going to see how my night went and how I felt this morning.
Slept pretty decently - no not perfect long sleep - but some...after NO sleep the prior 5 days. I had Lucy next to me (and yes, NIKK, I give her extra hugs every time you ask!) and the people’s kitty on my head all night.. HA! As I have mentioned prior, they have a small cabin and are in Alaska RVing for 5 months.. left kitty but took dog. It is a very small RV~ The neighbor who is a dog groomer (and found Lucy) checks in on kitty.
It is small domicile but has power, plumbing and I have such fun cooking.... and a bed... a real bed! :-)
Lysie and others last week were talking about thrift shops. Since being in Ohio for 25 years 95% of my outfits come from Thrift shops. There is a really nice one in next community here run by Mennonites. It is spotless and has wonderful clothes at very low prices. You are gearing up for a wedding and I have been working on my 55th HS reunion in a few weeks(NIKK you have a reunion coming up you said too). I purchased outfits for the 3 days for 32$. I will use existing shoes and make the coordinating beaded jewelry. When I made a lot of $$ in NC selling commercial real estate I dressed well and clothes I bought were expensive.. but overall I think I look better now. Not the tailored suits and high heels .. but quality brandnames, trendy, fun clothes.

we had that problem with our radio Gran when we changed a battery.
There is a number in manual to call and they walk you through it.
Our warranty was expired also.
There is a code in the manual that they need to set it.
Hope that works.
Had dog at vet yesterday at 6 A.M., did xrays, has severe arthritis, he is on anti-inflammatory and pain pills for 2 weeks. Ordering better glucosamine supplements for him also.

Thankfully, I no longer wear suits and heels. I put on a horrid Christmas-y house dress today to wash the dogs in. No, I didn’t buy it and no, I’ve never worn it since it was given to me 3-4 years ago. One of the cats came in and stopped dead in his tracks and looked me up and down and up and down and up and down and actually shook his head. Smart cat, lol!
