I know Washington state also just enacted a new law similar to Florida’s. I-1491, passed in 2017. It was used for the first time this year. While the following case does seem “reasonable” (the guy was paranoid, rented two hotel rooms so his family could be away and be safe), it seems likely that more cases that are just based on statements from an angry ex (”he said that....”) will follow.

Just one more incremental democrat step toward making more and more prohibited persons out of law abiding citizens. Floridafornia. Is this another one of those rotten knee-jerk laws passed by some jelly spined chicken shit governor after Parkland?
