Instead of term limits for the Court, how about a weight limit? Ginsburg weighs about 65 pounds at this point. Any human who is likely to blow away in a strong wind should not be deciding matters of constitutional import.

Instead of term limits for the Court, how about a weight limit? Since you don't have to be a lawyer or a judge ( or any legal background ) to be appointed to the Supreme Court, just think of the consequences. You have the Dems contorlling the Senate and the Presidency. They nominate Michael Moore to the Supreme Court. He is appointed. If there was a weight limit, he could serve for 200 years.
