I saw a report in the last few days indicating that Trump and the Trump Organization had signed a waiver of attorney-client privilege for the recordings Cohen released to CNN. So, yeah ... I’d say there’s a lot more to this story than meets the eye. LOL.
Related, but how does Cohen releasing this help his cause? It doesn’t. In fact, it dilutes its value. Did this really come from him?
Cohen’s lawyer is Lanny Davis, not Avenatti, who’s Stormy Daniels’ lawyer. There’s a close call as to who’s sleazier, Davis or Avenetti, so easily confused as to who’s who between the two.
