Good post, but it does not mention one small detail...

Last year China had history’s largest trade surplus with America.

The biggest ever.

And this year it has gotten worse, every single month.

Our current trade situation with China is just out of control.

Agreed, but who said it would be easy? I support PDJT on this completely, and China cannot keep devaluing its currency forever or soon they will be back to starving.The continued devaluation is how they have maintained their trade surplus.

Every time China devalues its currency, the standard of living in China goes lower.This is why PDJT will win.

We’ll need to be manufacturing many different kinds of products before decreasing the trade imbalance. The only thing that I can think of for doing now, offhand, is to be more frugal and careful with the things we use and even forego a few entertainment items.

Most consumers don’t want to be frugal, though. They’re controlled by entertainment to the extent, that they’re blowing their future chances on entertainment and style. Even the preppers communicate in movie terms and prepare for fantasies instead of realities.
