Not entirely true. Some is born by mgmt, some by the buyer, and some by shareholders, and yes some by consumers. But it is not 100% by consumers, for the same reason that the US won’t see a 10% price decrease this year despite profits going up 10% due to the corporate tax reform bill alone. But yes, it is certainly not good for the economy, but it is not true it all hits the consumer.
Nope sorry you are wrong there. The end consumer pays ALL costs of a product or service otherwise there is no product or service. Do you know any managers that work for free or pay to work? When someone buys a product for end use they pay every cost in the chain and that includes all taxes.
