Now, just for the hell of it Mr. President, suspend all the retirement payments for any anti-government traitors. Win or lose, go to court for 12 years and drain them dry.
Oh that. Uh, OK. Well at least its a start, I guess. IMO, I havent much faith, or any, that anything will get done quickly concerning that creep. He needs to go ASAP. But as I understand, they are heading off for a long recess. So, we all had better get at them in their offices in their districts and find out if they intend on Town Hall meetings and let em all have it there. As for my rep here in this district, Paul Gosar, I havent much of a problem with his views on this point, but I have a BONE to pick with him concerning other issues-USFS.
Per the EU tariff issue, My congrats to the PM of the UK for dragging her ugly feet in regs to Brexit. The EU cabal has cut the legs right out from under her with this announcement today.
Especially if they were fired for insubordination.
Yes, you are right it was Brennan. I did get the two mixed up. Thank you for the correction.
“Clearance doesn’t equate to access.”
That is how it should work. However, I would bet money that Clapper and Brennan have deep state proteges that feed them information.
Information should not only be limited to need to know, but limit access to certain individuals and prohibit all others from sharing data/information (not just classified).
If former employees use their access to the detriment of the current administration they should be prepared to have their access cut off.
Problem is it gives them access to aspects of foreign intelligence.
I'm not going to bother trying again.
I never left. Just working hard.
“Clearance doesn’t equate to access”
True, from a US perspective. But what if foreign governments (FivEy, NATO) were using the existing US clearance to extend a reciprocal foreign clearance and provide access? Including US sourced material shared under country-to-country agreements?
Things that make you go “hmmmmmm....”
Good God. Do it or dont.
Must include Hillary, John Kerry and Valerie Jarrett
Would love to find evidence of one of them revealing classified information, and go to prison for a long vacation.
But if you’re not being briefed, what good is it unless your in possession of something classified as Top Secret?
No the problem is that are using their classified access to the detriment of the administration. Someone with access have it to further the goals of the current administration and the country.
If the individual has issues with what is being done it is incumbent of them to make their issues known to the administration, not then use this access to be a talking head.
True integrity would be for the individual to say they can no longer support the administration’s position, leaving it to the administration to then determine the continuing value of that individual’s input.
Unfortunately the Dems loyalty is to their party and party’s power, not to the country.
They have no Wendell Willkie: Willkie told a friend, “If I could write my own epitaph and if I had to choose between saying, ‘Here lies an unimportant President’, or, ‘Here lies one who contributed to saving freedom at a moment of great peril’, I would prefer the latter.”
The clearance is meaningless with regard to having continued access (they don’t have that.) However, it is critical to remove so they don’t have the appearance of legitimacy when they speak their lies.
When I left government service 35 years ago I was told my Top Secret clearance was null and void. In those days you must have a need to know designation to keep a secret clearance or higher.
Lots of jobs require active ts/sci + poly. Many orgs and companies won’t even consider you if your clearance isn’t active.
