When I buy Real Estate, I pay cash, no I don’t walk in on closing day with a briefcase full of $100 bills like you see in the movies. I have a certified bank note from my bank.

Cash does not mean what the media is trying to make it out to be. Cash in Real Estate, means you are buying with out a loan or mortgage. Nobody expects you to show up with a briefcase full of $100 bills.

This. It doesn't just apply to real estate either. When I bought my last car I told the salesman I would be paying cash. That let him know he didn't need to mess around with financing. I paid with a check.

“Cash”did mean actual currency when it came to the money Obama gave to Iran. He had to use money from many nations as there weren’t enough dollar bills available to get to the huge amount he sneaked over to Iran in the middle of the night.
