Yey! Nancy, I mean Elizabeth Warren, KEEP IT UP!!
Ya know,
A whole lot of crazies will vote for her crap.
50 percent?
That should help keep the U.S. Competative
Because running on raising taxes works so well. Anybody remember Walter Mondale.
If the Trump tax cuts are crumbs, what is a 50 percent tax rate?
She says tax cuts are crumbs. But wants to tax us to buy a bakery.
Algonquin squaw speakum like crazy loon
speakum like San Francisco Nan. LOL
She needs a civics class.
Q: Whats too high for the top personal rate?
A: Its not about a number. Thats what negotiations are all about.
Q: Is 50 percent obviously too high?
A: Thats why you sit down and you negotiate over the numbers.
Q: When George W. Bush was president, his team articulated the view that it was a matter of right and wrong that you shouldnt have more than a third of your income taken. Do you feel similarly that its wrong for more than half of somebodys marginal income to be taken?
A: Look, there was a time in a very prosperous America an America that was growing a middle class, an America in which working families were doing better generation after generation after generation where the top marginal rate was well above 50 percent.
Q: Ninety percent.
A: Thats exactly right. But for me, the heart of the question is that youve got to ask, What constitutes a fair share in this economy? It depends in part on what the economy is.

After refusing to answer the question, the truth leaks out. 90% is the real tax rate Warren wants.
The standard blather of Leftists about “paying a far share” is not About a rate, its about pushing guilt and envy and providing their base with an enemy to hate.
Looking at the headline she only wants to tax democrats at 50%, I could live with that......lol
Reagan took 49 of 50 states in that election, Mondale barely won his home state of Minnesota and turned it into a national joke for decades.
Proof that those who forget history (or never bother to learn it!) are doomed to repeat it.
I remember the Dem nominee for governor in Illinois about 20 years ago, a similar woman with similar leftwing views named Dawn Clark Netsch. Her opening speech was about how much she planned to raise taxes in the low tax haven of the State of Illinois - the media went into a swoon and gabbed for days about the rise of this new avatar who spoke essential truth to the unwashed. In the general election, she lost 2-1 in a heavily Democratic state - I think she even lost Cook County.
I'd wager that she spends several thousand dollars a year at that high end cheese shop that's right down the street from her house.
If Democrats don’t Denounce Elizabeth soon, she will be SEEN AS SPEAKING FOR ALL THEIR CANDIATES!
Well, I am for Democrats paying 50% tax rates.
A local Boston talk host,Howie Carr, mentions this from time to time to point out how phony Massachusetts "progressives" are because official figures he sees indicate that in the typical year only a few hundred returns have that box checked. That,in a state with a population of over 6 million.
Anyone wanna wager whether Princess Liawatha checks that box each April?
The author doesn’t understand that a “50% rate” isn’t the same as a “50% increase”. Another clickbait headline.
Neither is acceptable, however.
Princess Gray Beaver speaks with forked tongue and never actually says either of those things. Maybe she does in the advertised video which isn’t actually there.
Well, if Lie-Uh-Wohopah does prevail and her colleagues do get a majority it will not be enough.
Moreover, while I like her ideas on taxes, bills may originate in the house but that would never makebpast the Senate and signed by the White House.
But, do keep trying...
...the heart of the question is that youve got to ask, What constitutes a fair share in this economy?...
Like Hellary said, “We’re going to take a few things from you for the common good.”
A great Warren/democrat campaign slogan.
