It's far too early to celebrate.This was a decision of a panel of three of the Court's judges.It's my understanding that the losing side (the State of Hawaii) can request that the entire court review the case.
If that happens it's easy...*very* easy...to imagine that court,as it *so* often does,issue a thoroughly unconstitutional and anti-American ruling.
Any court that bitchslaps the Marxists from the Hawaii district court or its insane AG is a reason to celebrate.
Perhaps the Nutty Ninth Circuit leftist judges were too stoned to vote on this case. Let’s keep them that way.
However, if it was only a 3 man decision, an en banc decision by the leftist lunatics could change things.
Have to see what the vote was.
By the way, the only people getting killed in DC after Heller have been the victims of armed robbers, gangbangers, gangbangers shooting into crowds and people sitting on their porches. A little girl got killed that way recently.
