Now that is offensive. LAPD do not cheer their own when they accidentally kill bystanders. Sheesh. I think the cop made a very wrong decision. But they don’t relish killing the wrong person. He’s probably horrified.

I doubt it. We’ve seen cops high-five after shooting innocents. I guarantee you his buddies said, “At least we go home alive. That’s what matter.”
It was meant to be. I also find offensive the fact that cops can get away with murder. All cops need to be held to a higher standard, but the inverse is true. I don't dislike all cops, just the bad ones. For instance, I hold the California Highway Patrol in very high esteem, as the majority of their officers are consummate professionals of the highest caliber.
