This shooter has not killed ANYONE. As monstrous as he was. If Grandma pulls through, he didn’t murder at all.
And now this poor young woman’s life is gone. And I have to pony up to pay millions because some stupid cop shot into an open trader joe’s store. I love cops but that was effing DUMB.
I am not very accurate with a handgun at the distance shown in the video. I’m surprised the cop took those shots.
Likely wrong. Felony Murder rule. Predicate felony - kidnapping. Asportation should be satisfied by making the victims move to sit around him, at least if I was prosecuting. Some states require a substantial distance - liberal California may follow that rule, in which case I'll come up with another theory since he threatened a protected species, cops.
