There is no real way to train for a gun fight like you would anything else, as you know a simulated anything won’t get you killed. One can be better prepared but there are so many factors that you can’t predict.
Going to the range and getting good at firing your weapon is a little like only becoming proficient in layups while preparing to play in the NBA. It will only get you so far, though it is necessary.
