I never heard of not providing the list of witnesses to the defense. “have not been charged”...so what, what crimes did they commit and since they will be testifying. the defense must be apprised of whom they are to attack their credibility. What is the list:

because Mueller wanted them to testify without ever releasing name of who it says what...Manafort is entitled to know who is accusing him
