Interesting... I’d never thought of it from that perspective. I’d LOVE to believe he wasn’t involved at all (and my gut instinct says he wasn’t), but the realities of politics and what people will do to stay in power are disgusting.
I’d be inclined to say it was less Eisenhower and MORE of the leftover communist a-holes from the Roosevelt administration that Truman inherited.
But again, anything is possible. Sadly.
