One of the ways that people have been looking at this whole situation is -- if we expose all of the corruption, people will totally lose faith in the entire government. For the sake of the nation, we cannot reveal the whole truth. Maybe some partial truth. Maybe some prosecution of low-level people. But we cannot possibly survive if the bigshots are held to account.
