It’s not a “slip.” The truth is that his dad and relatives all come from Kenya. His heritage is Kenyan. He’s not “African American,” he’s Kenyan American. Or at least Kenyan.

“Now three years ago I visited Kenya as the first sitting American president to come from Kenya.”This was not a slip of the tongue, it's just Obama trying to be slick. He deliberately did not use the word "born" in order to give himself some plausible deniability. If someone tries to make an issue of this statement, he will claim that he meant he came from Kenya in the sense that this is where his ancestors came from. He's trying to goad the right into launching another birther argument.

Even if it could be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama was not born in the USA, what recourse do we have? He already served his eight years as president. His supporters will simply cavort in glee at our dismay, jubilant that they pulled one over on us.
So I no longer think about Obama, I take comfort in the fact that we now have a real president who loves America and is quickly undoing the damage of those eight years. Now that is a fact that the Obama supporters are NOT dancing with glee over.

That was not a slip. It is true. His grandmother has said she witnessed his birth in Kenya. He has no United States birth certificate. He was not a president according to the Constitution. The democratic party knew all this, yet they backed him because he was their best bet.
