It’s not the first time Obama made this mistake.
In an earlier bio Obama wrote that he was from Kenya.

That would make a great law school debate question! Of course, you’d have to make the question generic in nature, and say “if some president was not born in the USA.” Because if you say Obama, you’d be called a racist.
Anyway, I think the argument could be made that if Obama was not a legitimate president, then any law he signed would not be valid.
Sort of like an arrest made by a policeman who wasn’t qualified to be a policeman in the first place.
All one has to do is examine how Congress handled the Obama birth controversy to see that they just don't care about this issue. The most you would ever get is that the candidate himself must be born in the U.S. However I am not sure that would pass.
They realized they couldn’t change it legally so they chose Precedent Obama as the way to do it.

I heard his political ads on Chicago’s WLS and WBBM from the time he first ran for office. They all emphasized that Obama was born Kenyan. Now, that may have been a convenient lie, but I can tell you for certain that it was claimed in his campaign ads.

Maybe bozo is trying to put it out there because he knows something is about to come out. Nothing would make me happier then the truth coming out about this scumbag. I think one of the big things the deep state is trying to hide is their part in helping this usurper becoming president. Yeah. The Supreme Court is the correct body to interpret the Constitution. The amendment idea is pretty much irrelevant AM because few people even care about the issue.
