When he left the fist site to move on, he should have been stopped.

He got to another location without beings stopped, and then killed an innocent person there.

This stand off and follow the person as they move to the next crime scene is idiotic.

The reporting here says there was a gun battle, but I’m a little unclear if that was during the car chase.

Put all available cars on this, block the path, and exterminate him like the vermin he is. Do it before he can kill again.

Now the Trader Joe’s store manager is dead.

That didn’t need to happen.
