Parental negligence is wasting years of a child’s upbringing on impractical interests like sports, fiction and even foreign languages such as French or German.
It is the parent saying I do not respect my child’s valuable time.
Dinesh D’Souza movie “Death of a Nation” is coming out August 3rd.
AWESOME! It is Truth about Democrats.
(I just grabbed the first google chicken image I could find with that “b” word printed on it!) :-)
You’re either living the life of Job or deleting your cookies.
Has anyone come up with any charges of high crimes or misdemeanors yet? No? Then sit dwn and shut up!
A Lestrange ancestress who is black, really? I know, I know ... we’re supposed to be colorblind the 15% of the time that being colorblind isn’t racist.
It’s like they really don’t want to make money anymore. We’re nerds, I admit it. But comics have been absolute garbage for a while. We are officially done with Star Wars until they boot Kathleen Kennedy and Rian Johnson. Marvel has too many actors that are such libtards, we won’t go.
Gamergate destroyed some great games which had previous wonderful installments.
SJW have ruined Dr. Who and other shows. Done with the NFL too.
The Expanse is the only decent sci-fi that actually does have science in it and it got cancelled.
We find normal TV to be so predictable and preachy, we don’t bother with it.
So we are saving money and traveling more.
Met my husband due to role playing. We’ve done D&D, Shadowrun, and so many more. Stopped when we had a child, picked it back up when he was in high school and he even played too.
Now, we’d like to play, but work way too much. Some day we will play again, probably in the old folks home, lol.
Using your imagination, all the jokes and crazy situations. Great times.
We’ve been married over 30 years. thats the key to a happy marriage, love the same things and share hobbies along with trust, respect, etc. marry your best friend.
>>Now, wed like to play, but work way too much. Some day we will play again, probably in the old folks home, lol.
I quit from age 35 to about age 50. I’ll be playing it in the old folks home, especially if I can find a DM with memory problems so I can claim he gave me really cool loot in the last session.
Because Trump ruined everything! Specifics? Everything was ruined because of Trump. That’s about the extent of the processing ability.
That headline is a tongue twister. It’s easier to say Commie-Con.
They’re real and they’re spectacular.
The late Harlan Ellison said anyone still obsessively fascinated by comics after they pass age 9 is an idiot.
We have a generation or two of idiots now.

they are reaching critical mass ....
One of the funniest things I ever heard was that sports on TV is like Dungeons and Dragons for people with no imagination.

True, unfortunately ... most people in the US today grew up without anything to encourage the use of imagination. Story telling is only effective now when everything is spelled out, demonstrated, shown down to the minutest detail, even then the stories often fail.

Even those who grew up using their imagination are told that they must stop when they reach adulthood because it is time for reality from then to death.
Never played D&D, but to those that have seek out Season 6, episoden 23 of the Big Bang Theory “The love Spell Potential” One of my favorite episodes. Raj with his crazy Girlfriend Lucy is so funny. Then Howard as the DM kills it.
Even those who grew up using their imagination are told that they must stop when they reach adulthood because it is time for reality from then to death.

Thus satire is totally lost on them and makes them angry ... I’d say that they are mostly people born after 1950 and the introduction of TV and the loss of the US$0.25 movie show. The further from 1950 they are born, the more imagination recedes until today’s thumb sucking meltable warm milk ball curling sobbing bed wetting plaid wearing feminized emaciated physically challenged non-working barely walking generations
Poisoning the box office and Hollywood still wonders why the take is so small.
